Pre-Christmas Mosaic Workshop
The idea was to have people make a gift instead of buying one this year! The wood, material and all stained glass were provided for the client, they just had to come up with an idea of what they wanted to create. Boy, was that an experience! Everyone fully enjoyed the process and left feeling happy with the opportunity to 'do things different' this year..

'Spring into Spring!' Mosaic Workshop- April 27, 2013
This session people came prepared with ideas of what they had wanted to create. There were 7 attendees, ages 5 to 45!
I gave them an option of shape- rectangle, triangle or circle. And these are what they created! I am left so inspired by the creativity.

Summer-time fun!! Kids Mosaic Workshop, June 29th, 2013
Boy! There isn't anything a teacher and a mother can't handle! Mya Stefanic, a mother (and a teacher) was gracious enough to work with me; guiding the girls, aiding emotionally, organizing the drawing and glass layout, cutting random glass AND making her own stained-glass mosaic piece on this same day!! She is welcome any time, for any event:)..
This summer-time workshop was 'kids only' this time. These girls were total naturals! As you will see in the following photos, the concentration, the focus and the obvious results that these kids produced that day. Be on the lookout for another 'kids only' day in the fall, upon the return of the school bell and consistent schedules.
Absolutely Original Mosaic Art is also available to host birthday parties, or any specific group event that you would like to plan for an authentic, artistic adventure. Inquire! Anything is possible in art....

Here is a photo of all 6 of the art pieces, fully grouted and backed, ready to go home and be hung on the wall. Great, great job done! I am so impressed with the creativity each and every person brings to these workshops. I am always left inspired and full of grace (thankfulness) to be able to work others within this medium...
